Corrections and spec disputes are genuinely the mail we most want. Being correct is the entire product here.

What to email us about

  • A figure that looks wrong. The most useful mail we get. A link to the manufacturer's page or the relevant NEC article makes it actionable in minutes.
  • A product that has been discontinued or that we are still recommending when we should not be.
  • A vehicle we have not covered, particularly if you have the manufacturer's onboard AC rate to hand.
  • A question our pages do not answer. If it comes up more than once it usually becomes a page.
  • A press or partnership inquiry, though note that we do not accept sponsored content, paid links or guest posts of any kind.

Corrections

We correct factual errors once we can verify the correction against a primary source, and we add a visible dated correction note rather than editing silently. The full commitment is in our editorial policy.

Realistically: a correction with a source gets handled quickly. A correction without one takes longer, because we have to go and find the source ourselves before we will change a number.

How to reach us

Email is the only channel: [contact@evandcharger.com](mailto:contact@evandcharger.com), or the form below, which reaches the same inbox.

There is no phone number and no postal address, because we are a publisher rather than a business you would visit. We would rather say that plainly than invent a contact detail that goes nowhere.

Get in touch

Goes straight to contact@evandcharger.com. If you are reporting a spec error, include a link to the manufacturer's page — it is the difference between a correction today and a correction next week.

Used only to reply to you. We do not add you to anything.

If you are reporting a spec error, a link to the manufacturer's page is the single most useful thing you can include.

FAQ

Questions people actually ask

Do you install EV chargers?

No. We do not sell chargers, install them, or do electrical work, and we have no service area. For installation, hire a local licensed electrician — our guide covers the questions worth asking.

How do I report an error on a page?

Email contact@evandcharger.com with a link to the primary source — the manufacturer's page, or the relevant NEC article. We verify it and correct the page with a dated note.

Do you accept sponsored posts or guest posts?

No. No sponsored content, no paid links, no guest posts, and no link exchanges. Affiliate commission on purchases is the site's only revenue, and it is disclosed per page.

Can you recommend an electrician near me?

We have no service area and no installer network, so no. Our guide to hiring an electrician covers where to look — your utility's installer list, the charger manufacturer's network, your state licensing board — and the nine questions that reveal whether someone has done this before.

Will you review a charger if I send you one?

We do not accept products from manufacturers, because we do not bench-test and a supplied unit would compromise the independence we document in our methodology. If you want a specific model covered, tell us and we will consider adding it to the registry.
